• 7-Day Return Policy:

Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that any product sent as a demo cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping Costs:

We do not cover the delivery cost of any returns. Items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition. Please ensure they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the right condition.

• Store Returns:

Items bought from our website can also be returned to our store for a refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the money to reach your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Damaged Items:

If the product is damaged during transportation, please notify us immediately so we can arrange an exchange for the damaged product.
